La complessità non arriva mai bussando.
Ti travolge.
Ti costringe a scegliere mentre stai ancora cercando di capire cosa stia accadendo.
E la verità è che non esiste un manuale per gestirla.
Esiste solo una tensione continua: stare con la visione… senza perdere la concretezza.
Negli ultimi anni ho visto diverse persone, indipendentemente dalla funzione ricorperta nelle organizzazioni, perdersi in uno dei due estremi:
– chi resta solo nella visione e non agisce mai,
– chi corre nell’operatività senza più vedere il quadro d’insieme.
La complessità si nutre proprio di questo squilibrio.

Quando accompagno persone e organizzazioni nei percorsi di consapevolezza, leadership o cambiamento, nel business coaching il punto di svolta arriva sempre nello stesso momento: quando riescono ad abitare entrambi i piani.
La visione che orienta.
La concretezza che realizza.
La capacità di stare nel mezzo, senza farsi travolgere da una parte o dall’altra.
È una competenza.
È un allenamento.
È una forma di leadership.
E riguarda tutti noi, ogni giorno: nelle scelte personali, nelle relazioni, nei progetti, nei conflitti che vorremmo evitare ma ci stanno dicendo qualcosa.
La complessità non si elimina. Si attraversa.
Forse la domanda di oggi potrebbe fare davvero la differenza!
In questo momento della tua vita, dove sei più sbilanciato: nella visione o nella concretezza?
Ci sono giorni in cui entri in ufficio con un sorriso educato…
ma dentro senti qualcosa che spinge, tira, pesa.
Un’emozione che provi a tenere giù “perché al lavoro non si mostra”.
Quante volte lo abbiamo fatto?
Il punto è che reprimere le emozioni non le elimina.
Le sposta.
Le ingrandisce.
E, prima o poi, le fa esplodere nel momento meno opportuno.
Nel tempo ho visto professionisti, responsabili, CEO, imprenditori, appartenenti ai team, irrigidirsi e perdere la direzione perché nessuno aveva il coraggio di ammettere, nemmeno a se stesso, “sono stanco”, “questa cosa mi ha ferito”, “ho bisogno di chiarire”.
E ho visto leader perdere credibilità non per un errore tecnico… ma per aver ignorato la dimensione emotiva propria e degli altri.
La verità è che le emozioni sul lavoro non sono un problema. Diventano un problema solo quando fingiamo che non esistano.
Gestirle, invece, è una forma di leadership.
Una tra le più potenti.

Quando accompagno imprenditori, manager, team e professionisti nei percorsi di consapevolezza o cambiamento, il salto di qualità arriva sempre nello stesso momento:
Quando qualcuno smette di trattenere tutto… e inizia a riconoscere ciò che sente, a darci un nome, a comunicarlo in modo chiaro.
È lì che accade la trasformazione:
➕ le relazioni diventano più autentiche,
➕ la collaborazione aumenta,
➕ i conflitti si sciolgono prima di esplodere,
➕ la performance migliora perché ognuno respira meglio.
Non si tratta di “essere emotivi”. Si tratta di essere umanamente consapevoli.
La ❓ di oggi è semplice, ma fondamentale!
Qual è l’emozione che stai trattenendo e che, se riconosciuta, potrebbe alleggerire te e migliorare le tue relazioni?
Quante energie sprechiamo cercando di evitare i conflitti?
Li scansiamo, li rimandiamo, li mascheriamo… e poi ce li ritroviamo davanti più grandi di prima.
La verità è semplice, anche se non sempre ci piace:
💡 il conflitto in sé non è il problema. Il problema è come lo affrontiamo.
Nel lavoro con team, imprenditori e professionisti mi capita spesso di vedere la stessa dinamica: quando qualcosa “scricchiola”, lì sotto c’è sempre un’informazione preziosa che sta cercando di emergere.
Se la ascoltiamo davvero, può diventare una spinta enorme al cambiamento.
Perché il conflitto, sto parlandi di quello gestito con lucidità e intelligenza emotiva, non distrugge.
Rivela. Apre. Muove.

Vale nelle aziende come nella vita personale.
Una conversazione difficile può rimettere ordine, rinegoziare un confine, farci vedere meglio noi stessi e gli altri.
La frase che ripeto più spesso quando lavoro su leadership e sviluppo organizzativo è questa: “Dove c’è attrito, c’è possibilità di movimento.”
Se tutto è liscio, niente evolve.
Se qualcosa gratta, lì c’è un’occasione.
Il punto debole, però, è comune a tanti: viviamo il conflitto come un attacco personale, invece che come un messaggio.
Ed è proprio qui che i percorsi di consapevolezza, comunicazione e gestione dei conflitti fanno la differenza: trasformano il caos in direzione, la tensione in innovazione, il silenzio in verità.
Ed ora ti chiedo di pensare: “Quale conflitto, se gestito con più coraggio, potrebbe portarti un cambiamento positivo?”.
